Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. This entry-level role provides hands-on support across our service operations, assisting technicians with truck and trailer repair, shop upkeep, and parts handling. Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics and technicians with basic shop tasks and repairs
- Move, load, and organize parts, tools, and equipment
- Perform general shop and yard maintenance, including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Help with the disassembly and preparation of vehicles for service
- Support alignment, suspension, and repair teams as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior labor, construction, warehouse, or mechanic shop experience a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
